Recommendations appreciated for clearomisers please.
« on: March 14, 2015, 05:54:57 PM »

Hi everyone, it's been quite some time since i was here. Im back vaping again (as is my mum, son and daughter-in-law). But being a non smoker im using zero nicotine liquids. I bought a cheap Ego with 510 connection. The first clearomiser was fine but the second one in the kit tasted awful of burnt wick and made me cough real bad. I bought some different ones from Amazon but still taste vile. Does anyone have any recommendations on which clearomisers would be best? As im only vaping for pleasure these days, i can't afford really expensive stuff. Any help or advice would be much appreciated thanks.  :)

the kangertech mini protank 3 is a good option and looks right at home on an ego battery ... (it actually needs the ego thread mind)

difficult to say if its inside your desired budget as they'd be in the region of a tenner uk side, or four quid via fasttech ...

there are clones of them too, which run at around two n half quid from fasttech ...

replacement heads are available for them, so the running costs are extremely cheap (particularly in comparison the prices you have been used to back in the earlier days) ;D

Hiya itsmeitis and thanks for your reply  :)

I'm hoping to stick to the Ego type e-cigs so long as they're 510 connection. I don't specifically buy the Ego batteries though. The reason the 510 part of my decision making is concerned is because everyone i know are using that type and therefore it's easy for us to swap or borrow parts from each other. The first clearomisers i bought (not including the 2 that came with the Ego tarter kit) were:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00J9NMXS6/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=24DMMS4QUE4DK&coliid=I3NDKTXN32QKD1

The second ones i purchased but still waiting for them are:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00QWZA6GA/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=24DMMS4QUE4DK&coliid=IBVOES93CLW0O&psc=1

Edit: I mainly use these batteries though:
