Are these batteries any good?
« on: November 24, 2013, 11:53:56 PM »

I'm ordering a Sigelei Zmax V3 later this week and will need some batteries for it. Never bought rechargeable Li-ion batteries before so completely out of my depth here. I am aware there can be safety issues with some if you get the wrong ones??

Are these suitable and/or any good?

18650's for telescopic mode:

18350's for compact mode:

...and maybe this charger?

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

p.s. how do you edit hyperlinks on here so you dont have to show a big long ugly link?

the *350s may well be good too, but they're not one i've used myself - i'd personally opt for the efest 18350s over most others as those are really good and very similar to the excellent but more expensive AWs.

this link will take you to Torchy on ebay.

he is a good stockist of batteries and the 18350 in the link are the next best ones i would buy personally - the first choice would be the same make and size but with nippled/buttoned top as oppose the flat.

unfortunatewly though, he seems not to have the nippled ones in stock at this point in time. (he'll very likely have them back very soon though)
