So i had some bits and pieces arrive, eventually, been waiting a while.

Anyways, made myself a new cap for the AGA T2 along with a little drip tip.

Polished up and finished with some polishing soap, came out ok, there are a few things i want to change, ie. Smaller air holes, i went with 2 x 1mm air holes, too tight, so opened one of them to 1.5mm and now its too loose.....but oh well, trial and error and what not! :)

Either way, looks better than the original IMO

Thanks Ged, i think with a bit of fine tuning and a little more patience it'll be good, i tend to get 1/2 way through and start rushing to get it finished and make small errors which i have to correct in the end, but thats life hey! :)

Im going to do another in Brass/SS and then get a mixed Sig 19 and polish the hell out of them, hopefully should look pretty good i think, i done a brass button the other day for my Sig 19, looks ok, but odd with the rest of it being stainless lol

Looks great Eddy, tons less fussy than the original. I can't work out where the brass might look best in the cap though so looking forward to what you come up with!

Ill see what i can do, im toying with the idea of brazing some rings on, perhaps 3 thin ones then poslishing it all flush, but could be a right royal pain the in rear!

Or make a brass centre post for inside it maybe, that might be quite cool if you could see it. But I don't know if brass might go funny in eliquid or poison you or something :o

Yeah it would...lol well, at least it would "leech" into the liquid, and free machining brass (CZ121) contains a small amount of lead to make it easier to machine, hence why i didnt make anymore drip tips with Brass on the actual tip :)

But i admit, it would look cool. You could probably use Naval Brass, but a) its hard to come by and b) expensive for what it is! And c) not really sure how it would fair against being submerged constantly in eliquid! LOL :)

Yep, lead poisoning and death might be a bit of a problem hahahaha

Back to the drawing board then lol Sure you'll work something decent out  :)
