Vg DIY eliquid
« on: July 23, 2013, 07:50:22 PM »

Hello all. I have been pretty much vaping all vg for ages now. Pg doesnt agree with me.  I am noticing that i have to up my flavourings from  maybe 10-15%. This is fine for tobacco flavours. For the fruity flavours i like i have almost doubled the flavouring and it is nowhere near as good as the 50/50 versions i used to make. Has anyone any suggestions to get my fruity flavours tasting better? Dont want to go back to pg.

My eliquids are mainly all the same, 12mg, capella flavourings, boots vg and alchemist cupboards nic.

VG does dull the flavours quite a bit.

There is an article here gives a bit of background info.

What atty / battery setup are you using?

Cheers for the reply. Have tried the same juice in loads of different things. Protank, evod, diablo hybrid, z-atty pro, igo-s dripper. Tried different coils, voltages and theres Not much difference in flavour, if anything lower voltages/higher ohms tasting better.  Tastes like its nearly unflavoured eliquid i am vaping at 20%. Will have a look at your link cheers.

I was reading that a genesis atty and higher voltage might help, but other bods might know more.

You could consider some super duper, mega, back of the net, turbo nutter extra high concentrates -

I've been considering a couple of these flavours for a while.

Hey Bob. I totally understand your problem as I've got the same.
I've not been vapeing as long but settled for ubba strong home made menthol with lots of blackcurrant as my standard. I'm hoping that when I stop cutting down ny nic content and stop vaving so much to get over it, I might be able to re-introduce some pg back in the mix, but recent attempts have just reminded me how it dries my throat so much.
So, eagerly awaiting hundreds of interesting responses from my vaping buddies!..... any time now......soon?
