hi all,

due to public demand wanting a lighter theme (well, a total of 3 people over 3 years, lol) and finding myself ill in bed for the past week i have had some spare time on my hands to create a new light theme for the forum



to change to the light theme please follow these instructions:-

1. Click "Profile"
2. Click "Look and Layout"
3. Click "Change"
4. Scroll down to "ECR Light Theme"
5. Click "Use this theme"


now im not a coding master so it may have a few bugs in it, but as far as i can tell from my end it is working perfectly........if you do encounter any issues then please report them in this thread

Hi Scott the new theme is working great for me. Only thing I've noticed is when someone quotes a quote it switches back to black background and blanks out the original text in the first quoted bit  Hard to explain so I've attached a screenshot here. Normal quotes are fine but it seems to be when someone quotes a quote that's already been quoted lol. It's no big deal but hope it makes sense, Cheers

what "may" happen though is that now ive changed the colour it could have a weird effect on other aspects of the forum, so if you see any other errors then please do let me know

Thank you so much for this! Looks great and wasn't the biggest fan of the dark theme.
