I've got no problem being restricted to designated areas.

If I recall from my days back in the corporate world, all the interesting conversations took place in the smoking shelter.

A designated area is better than none at all.....I have a feeling that many business etc do and will treat vaping like smoking.....I got told off for vaping on an outside train platform last week...so I just put my mod in my pocket and didn't vape...I'm not going to argue with national rail, even though it wasn't 'smoking' as they put it....but I will respect their rules and regulations...Anyway, There's always the toilets to have a sneaky vape if I'm desperate, but I must say I found it easier to go without for a few hours than when I used to smoke....I'd have been chomping at the bit  if I was still smoking  :P

I don't take anything with me when I go out either, unless its going to be an all day thing. I've found I can go for longer without anything now too.

I think I would have had a problem with that train guy though.
