Hi Fiona,

This may be a stupid question but where do you get the ingredients. Is it made from scratch or by mixing other e-liquids. Very green with all this.

Thanks

I get the flavourings from........ http://shop.perfumersapprentice.com/c-54-professional-flavors.aspx

PG and VG from e-bay and the nicotine base from nicvape:  http://www.nicvape.com/store/c/20-Unflavored-Nicotine-Liquid.aspx

Of course there are other e-cig vendors that sell these ingredients, but for me it works out cheaper as I buy in larger quantities....
----------------------------------

Vapourzone do a selection of mixing kits..........http://www.vapourzone.co.uk/E-liquid-mixing-supplies.html

And then you can add to the kit with a few other flavourings from somewhere else (another site) ......These kits are a good for experimenting, and seeing if mixing is for you  ;D

You can use the e-liquid calculator  http://www.e-cig-reviews.com/eliquid%20calculator.html

If you just make 5ml at a time you shouldnt have much waste.  ;D

Nicotine can make a bit of a difference, it depends on how strong it is and what flavouring you use. I find if I make a mix, the nicotine taste goes after a day or so. I only notice it when making a light flavoured mix.

I must say I'm  bias when it comes to Caramel Candy, but its a very versatile flavour. I use it with a selection of other flavours. It 'smooths' some acidic flavours and can give 'body', as can flavours like Vanilla swirl and Bavarian cream......The PA strawberry, spearmint, banana, peppermint and grape is really nice and so is the black cherry ... But its all down to personal preference...I love their Absinthe too.......

I'm going to try their rose candy and violet candy flavours next :)

I know it's a bit of an old thread but - I tried to get some of that Absinthe at LF ( I bet you bought it all Fiona ;D) - I ended  getting some Anise from, FA. First off, is Absinthe the same or similar as Anise? - and 2nd, 10% seems like a lot for what smells like a really strong flavour.

The mother-in-law loves Aniseed, apparently, so I'm going to make a 5ml sample up for her.

I have been getting my absinthe from decadent vapours  :P Ive not got any left now..( I have got it from perfumers apprentice in the states in the past) it does seem to go down too quickly lol...I may have to survive on just the FA anise for the moment....

The absinthe is similar to the anise....but there is a difference of course lol....it's hard to explain....well for me, the anise has more aniseed/ fennel  tones, whereby the absinthe is more Pernod ....that's the case via my taste buds :)

I like it strong, but like always it's personal preference....  ;D
