If we have to buy these individually like people do with carto's, I'd rather stick with mesh. Can see these going for a couple of quid each.

That video is hilarious. Imagine how much mess that is going to make. Well we didn't have to imagine, it was in the video.

Imagine taking a work bench, a massive Dremel and all the bits with you next time your at vf or down the pub, just in case you need to make a wick up, lol.

Thought a blow torch was a bit risky :D

well not really, it wasn't that long ago we were forking out 7 quid for a 510 atty and how long did they last?......these things should last months if not years if treated with a gentle touch.

a lot of people will be reluctant to change because they have invested money and time in the art of preparing a mesh wick,  plus they like the hobby side of vaping,    personally i can't wait to see the back of mesh wicks,  they are the achilles heel of genni atomisers....good riddance to bad rubbish i say.

I think they could be a really good development and make life a little more faff free.  I tried making an unoxidised mesh wick in one of my Diablos yesterday............................it worked and the sky didn't fall and my battery didn't explode and it is working really well.
