Have you tried vapor hut I doubt they ar going to carry spares and I can't remember it its got a short warrantee IMO I shouldn't have but it's worth getting hold of them first but you could use some small silicone tubing

You could use PTFE bush for fishing rods, I use them to insulate my wicks, they work well,
You can get them of ebay.
Or if you got some cartos silicone ends, just mod them a bit.

Anyway, great video Sushiboy,
one questione, after you drill the wick hole, does it wick well even with screw in the filling hole?

drilled of not if you leave the filling screw out it pisses juice out everywhere but in answer   to you question it wicks well even with the filler screw in

UPDATE about modifications with a larger wicking hole and making the air flow hole match up to the wick
