I lost Hercules after a long fight with cancer- broke my heart . Had to put him down on my birthday several years back and still have not recovered :'(. I tried replacing him with another lab , marley , but not even close. Also not fair to marley who is a fine dog , but Hercules was something special and my bestest buddy. I know you love on your dogs Fi and I'm sure he has had an awesome life. Sending hugs .

Thanks Capt...he's not gone yet....But its that time when I have to judge how much of a life he's having and how much pain its causing him. I have to be selfless and not cling on to him, but at the same time I dont want to cut his life short if he has time left and can be comfortable with stronger pain killers for his hips....So the only person who can help me is Eddies vet who has known him for a good few years now.  :)

Its heart breaking isnt it......My heart hurts so much not knowing what to do and if what I do is right. But hopefully I can have a word with the vet tomorrow. I was too emotional today. I chickened out as I thought he might tell me what I didnt want to hear. But I've had a day to build up to it....Edd might be fine for a while longer, with some different meds....

Hope all goes well Fi, thinking of ya :)

I never gave up on my Cat either. Everyone around me was telling me its time for her to go because of what was up with her etc.

Its bloody hard to let go, but sometimes its for the best if their quality of life has become so crap.

I`ve still got her collar and ashes  :'(

Sorry to here about your dog Fi...I had to put my bulldog Bella down in May. She had an enlarged heart, she was only 4. So I cheered myself up and got a cat from the rescue home...names Mr Spot, he is 14 and only has three legs. He is happy and can spend the rest of his years in luxury.  Hope your dog is comfortable.

:)

So glad you like it Scott !!

As mentioned earlier, it is my 2nd favourite Gen atty, a well thought out, well machined and very versatile design and I am really looking forward to the Titanium version!  8)

Which one is your favorite?
