Nice job.

I've just found some old boot laces from a pair of Doc Martins. They're black, but I'm sure they'll be fine for my 14 quid rebuildable  :D

Im gonna order some butchers string. Its cotton,its for food and untreated. Half a kilo should last for a lifetime.

not anly ECF rating this stuff neither ... few of the old birds down the WI swear by this stuff for knittin' :P
lol I know its a old post ged but the first thing I ever knitted was a dishcloth made from lime green 100% cotton
