Mixing PG/VG
« on: April 22, 2012, 02:52:02 PM »

Hey all i was looking at the E-Liquid Calculator on this site and put somthing together im just wondering where it says PG/VG zero Nicotine: 64 drops [3.2ml] - 64% can i do it as 50/50 32 drops of each (VG/PG) even tho the Nicotine is PG based because i see some people buy PG nic and just add VG to it just wanst sure if that was classed as 50/50 or what im asking is.. thanks

PG/VG with Nicotine: 24 drops [1.2ml] - 24%
PG/VG zero Nicotine: 64 drops [3.2ml] - 64%
Water/Alcohol: 0 drops [0ml] - 0%
Flavouring: 12 drops [0.6ml] - 12%

without calculating your particular equation, i can say that i buy pg base nic @ 36mg. i add pure vg @ equivilant volumes to arrive at 18mg 50/50.

i then add flavour.

The  0 mg nicotine  pg/vg is used to reduce the nicotine concentration of the nicotine base.  You can cut it down with any ratio of 0 mg pg/vg you wish. The higher the vg concentration, the greater the vapor production will be,  the sweeter the juice will be, and the thicker the final product will be ( which can be a problem if using some tank systems) ;)
