Did anyone else with a stiff bottom nut notice that when you are rebuilding and you try and unscrew the nut that has the wire trapped, it unscrews the whole post  inside the ceramic and the bolt inside comes loose too. Even though you tightened the bolt well to begin with. It's easy enough to sort each time but it's a pain in the backside.

had the same problem until i read some tips on the GG forums, basically sorted by holding the nut steady with a screwdriver and using pliers to twist the center post really tight.
was worried that id crack the ceramic but was ok, but maybe wait until ceramic replacements are available if your worrried
