PG or VG Nicotine....Liberty Flights or .....Nicvape in the US.

PG from Either Boots the Chemists at £7.99 for 500ml (Ordered via the pharmasist and ask for Propylene Glycol) or http://alba-vapours.co.uk/mixing-diy-flavours  100ml £3.50

VG from Boots...89p for 200ml (Found by cough syrups)

Flavourings from Liberty Flights and or Ecigwizard....You can use the reviews to help you choose a flavouring you might like.

Bottles and syringes from LF's.

if you are money conscious then VG from Boots and PG from Boots.
Boots PG was at £7.99 for 500ml but may have increased as per Fionas post. VG being 89p per 200ml
nic base is often more expensive if opting for 52MG so generally more cost effective buying at 36mg if from UK.

flavour concentrates are available at many vendors and vary in price.

to keep costs to a minimum, you can attempt a nic free flavour by using PG & VG and without nicoteen base.
this way you get to vape and see what you think prior to wasting expensive nic base.

once you find a good one, you simply mix again but this time including the nic base and substitute the addition by reducing either the VG or PG that based initial experiment.

I wear cheap rubber gloves....but i also am dealing with higher nic concentrate....just a tip.

I also find that using a graduated cylinder or some kind of beaker helps with measuring.

When i started, i poured everything into a syringe which works fine but only gives you one free hand. just another tip :-)

Also don't forget the calculator!

Good luck bud

Also a bog standard atomiser and drip tip for direct dripping a few drops at a time for testing purposes.

I have saved quite a bit of liquid this way.

I leave my stuff to steep for at least a week and use the direct dripping for tasting a few drops of a new flavour (rather than fill a carto etc.)

I find the taste testing is very useful for testing mixes. If I make 10ml of absolute crud I can mix up just a few drops with other flavours to get an idea of the taste, for example 3 drops of the crud with 3 drops of some nice stuff, then direct drip it (rather than 1ml / so drop mixes at a time).

The plastic end bits that you get on a boge are quite useful for mixing these very small batches (vsb's) in, or even the 1ml tanks that you get with a TW Tornado. It is important to keep a note of what you're doing, especially if you have 10 or more flavours to mix and match.

Once you start your mixing you won't look back.
