My first Pass through
« on: August 31, 2011, 08:20:31 PM »

Well after the fun of the clearo rescue I decided that I would have a go at a pass through, I got a small project box, push to make switch and wire from Maplin and I already had a 510 threaded adapter for my 901 that I now lend out to people, so I thought I was set. I discovered that my soldering iron couldn't melt toffee, so after a quick trip to B&Q I started to bodge it...............................................two burns and a cut or two later................ the fugly tank has a new home......................................................................It works ;D

Thanks Fiona, glad you like it. The burns were only little ones, it's been so long since I had used a soldering iron, I forgot that they get quite hot  ;D
